Help & Hope Center

     

Help & Hope Center is a non-profit human service organization that has been serving Douglas and Elbert Counties for over 40 years. In addition to their public thrift store, they provide assistance to people who are in serious economic need, at risk of homelessness, or in a similar crisis. Thanks to their passionate and dedicated team of employees and volunteers, they helped over 30,000 families and individuals facing economic hardship in 2024 alone.

During the 2025 winterization season, our technicians collected over 3000 pounds of non-perishable food and $520, donated by our generous customers! We delivered that food to Help & Hope Center who will use that to support our Douglas County neighbors in need.

 

During the 2025 holiday season, the crew at Castle Rock Lawn & Sprinkler was proud to donate dozens of toys to the Help & Hope Center Toy Drive. Each holiday season, Help & Hope Center creates a special holiday “store” where parents can shop free of charge for their children, choosing new toys and gifts during a season that can be especially challenging.

HopeKids

The vision of HopeKids is to restore hope and transform the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions, their families, and the communities in which we serve.

HopeKids provides ongoing events, activities, and a powerful, unique support community for families who have a child with cancer or some other life-threatening medical condition. We surround these remarkable children and their families with the message that hope is a powerful medicine.
