Competitive, Above-Average Compensation
Our technicians typically earn $60,000–$80,000 ++ per season, while working approximately 35 weeks and having 17 weeks off. -
35-Week Active Season
Our primary work season generally runs from March through November. -
Off-Season Income
Winter conditions prevent outdoor irrigation and lawn work. During this period, employees continue to receive income, providing stability through the off-season. What would you do with 17 weeks off each year? -
