What Working Here Looks Like

Because our work is seasonal, we’ve structured the business to support our team over the entire year.

  • Competitive, Above-Average Compensation
    Our technicians typically earn $60,000–$80,000 ++ per season, while working approximately 35 weeks and having 17 weeks off.

  • 35-Week Active Season
    Our primary work season generally runs from March through November.

  • Off-Season Income
    Winter conditions prevent outdoor irrigation and lawn work. During this period, employees continue to receive income, providing stability through the off-season.  What would you do with 17 weeks off each year?

  • Path to Franchise Ownership
